Good store with almost everything you need, all under one roof. It has parking available and some shops outside for snacks, juices, and more. The customer service is good, and it's easy to get to from the city. It's really big, interesting, and prices are affordable.

They don’t provide bags for carrying your purchases. They should give carry bags for free. I got a bag from another branch without even asking.

After buying items, they didn’t pack them in a bag they just handed them to us and asked us to buy a bag. Because of this, I’ll stop shopping at Nilgiris department store in the future.
