We had a perfect stay with our family. It was a last minute plan, and I found this property on a hosting platform. I immediately liked it. When I called them, they offered a great option to accommodate all of us in one room, which was very welcoming. Everything, from the location to the hospitality and rooftop restaurant, was just what we expected. They even helped us by providing milk for our 1.5-year-old at night, which we were worried about. Thank you, and I look forward to being a regular guest.

I stayed for 2 days at this place. The room was nice, spacious, and clean, and the location was good. However, the customer service was terrible. The person named Saravana D was rude and talked to customers like he was giving orders, without listening to their concerns. We requested an extended stay for a few extra hours, but he wanted to charge 2,500 for one day and an additional 1,000 for extra hours, which I thought was too much. He didn’t listen to our thoughts and started arguing. Initially, we weren’t given the room on time, and he was fine with us checking out at 10:30 AM. We had to quickly find another place that was cheaper and better. Overall, it was a very bad experience with poor standards.

The location is good, and the executive room was spacious enough for a small family. However, the rates are quite high on weekends, which doesn’t feel worth it. The rooftop restaurant has a nice atmosphere in the evening with live music. The downsides are that there’s no proper car parking (you have to park on the roadside), and the front desk manager needs to be more welcoming. The rooms are a bit isolated, but the size makes up for it. They serve breakfast in the room on plates with limited options, and it was cold. The hospitality, especially from the front desk, needs improvement.
