Lulu Mall is a nice place to shop, but I had a bad experience this time. I left a bag at the baggage deposit, and it went missing. I called customer care, and they promised to check, but I didn’t get a reply. After a day, they told me it was the hypermarket’s responsibility, but I still haven’t heard anything back. So, be careful when leaving your bags at the deposit counter.

Lulu Mall Trivandrum is a great place for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The food court has a wide variety of cuisines, and there are also several standalone restaurants for a more refined dining experience. You can find both international and domestic brands here.

Very good mall with everything for shopping, entertainment, and food. It's well-constructed, clean, and has excellent customer service and security. I think Lulu Mall in Trivandrum is the best among the many Lulu Malls I’ve visited in the Gulf. Overall, it’s a great place.

We spent the whole day at this mall because our flight was at midnight. It's a fantastic place very clean and well-maintained. The best part was the luggage storage options. There are many food choices and entertainment options too. We loved the mall

One of the largest malls in the country, it has almost everything you need for shopping, entertainment, and spending time. It features IMAX theaters for an advanced movie experience, a large play area for kids, and plenty of dining options. It’s easy to reach from any part of the city.

Please avoid buying packed groceries from Lulu. Even though they seem cheaper, the quality is poor. I bought spices like jeera, and they had a terrible smell, so I had to throw them out. I was considering getting them tested, but my husband discarded them first. The chili powder also seemed to have chemicals added.

The mall experience was good until last month. Since the parking fees were introduced, the security staff, especially in the basement parking, have been very rude.

Worst experience. Yesterday, I bought pasta and dahi vada, and they were spoiled. I bought them at 7 PM and opened them at 11 PM. It was a waste of money. Don’t buy cooked foods from hypermarkets the food smelled terrible and was clearly spoiled.

I bought food from Lulu Hyper on May 19 at 8:00 PM. At the billing counter, a staff member named Ajesh was throwing food on the counter. When I asked him to stop, he said it was too crowded and that this was the only way he could handle the billing. I didn't expect such poor service from Lulu Trivandrum.
