This was the worst gold shopping experience in a decade. The salesperson had a poor attitude, did not explain the products well, and didn’t show us the collections we asked for. Even though it was a quiet weekday, the service was terrible, and the salesperson acted like customers were annoying. I’m very disappointed with this Malabar branch and wouldn’t recommend it. There are other nearby shops with much better customer service.
