This was the worst gold shopping experience in a decade. The salesperson had a poor attitude, did not explain the products well, and didn’t show us the collections we asked for. Even though it was a quiet weekday, the service was terrible, and the salesperson acted like customers were annoying. I’m very disappointed with this Malabar branch and wouldn’t recommend it. There are other nearby shops with much better customer service.

We are not satisfied with Malabar Gold on 100ft Road, Coimbatore. They gave us damaged jewelry, and when we asked to change it, the manager didn't respond properly.
