Not safe for sending parcels. They don’t have a secure place to store cargo at their Coimbatore office. Our boxes got damaged by rain, and there is a lot of water clogging at their office.

NJK offers regular bus services from Coimbatore to Nagarcoil for passengers and parcels. The service is very good and punctual, with reasonable rates. Both AC and non-AC buses are in good condition. The parcel service is fast. However, the road conditions can be poor, especially during the rainy season. The managers and staff could be more helpful to customers.

It’s okay for sending parcels and non fragile items, but don’t send fragile or expensive items. I sent my bike, and its seat and body got damaged, even though I paid for packaging. Other bikes in the same shipment had broken indicators and tail lamps. Beware

Getting to this place is difficult because of bridge construction, which forces you to travel a longer route. As a result, auto or taxi fares are very high.
