I came for a haircut and hair spa, and Aruna took great care of everything. She explained things well. The haircut is perfect, and the spa treatment was very good.

I had a facial done by Sowmiya and had a great experience. She also gave me good advice for my skin. I had full face waxing done by Shobhana, who was very understanding and made the process easy.

Very bad experience. I went for a spa on October 4th and chose the repair and rejuvenate service. They only applied cream, with no steam or proper massage. After I complained, they gave me a neck massage since I’m a member. I don’t understand why they are cheating and ruining the Naturals name. Don’t go to this salon.

Worst service at the Naturals Lawspet branch. The staff kept asking me about other salons and their services. I won’t be visiting this Naturals again. The staff was unethical and sarcastic. The 30 minutes I spent in the room was terrible.

Worst experience. If I could give a negative rating, I would. I went for a massage but ended up with something else. They pushed me to buy expensive services instead of respecting my choice. It was a waste of money and time. This is the second time I've had bad service here. I've learned my lesson and will never return to this salon.

Very bad experience. I went there for my baby's haircut, and they messed up her hairstyle. The service and attention were awful. I won’t visit this shop again and won’t recommend it to my friends. It was a total waste of money and time.
