The place can be a bit crowded, but I like that they have a wide variety of items and brands to choose from. All the staff here are female, and they cooperate well with customers. Overall, it's a good shopping mall.

Nilgiris Green Field has two floors with a wide range of products, including food, beverages, cosmetics, plastic goods, and more. I was even surprised to find dog food, collars, and leashes there. Nilgiris has always been a trusted name for picking up anything you need for your home.

The worst experience ever. My child was crying, and the cashier told me to wait in line to buy infant food. Some people can be really insensitive and don’t care about anything. I only bought from them because of an emergency. Zero customer service and no empathy at all.
