Superb service I had some minor issues with the phone I bought, and when I asked for a replacement, they quickly replaced it under warranty without any hassle.

Recently, I bought a second-hand mobile here. I received a mobile in good condition. The salesperson, Pugal, was very helpful and I liked his friendly attitude. Their mobile service costs are also very low compared to others. Plus, I got quick delivery.

Great customer service I bought a Pixel 3XL from Trichy, and when I had a small microphone issue, I called them and they replaced it with another mobile. Thank you, O2 Mobiles.

Had the worst experience ever. Avoid this shop they don't honor YouTube offers and the salesmen lack basic knowledge about phones.

Be cautious when buying second-hand Sony mobile phones as they are imported. If there are any faults, you'll have to get them serviced at local mobile repair shops. All the parts in these phones are duplicates.

I bought a Redmi Note 7 Pro in September 2023 for 7k. In just 2 months, the back panel bulged out due to the battery. When I contacted them, they said it might be because I charged it for too long and wasn't their responsibility.

We all use mobile phones and will keep using them for chatting forever. They also told me that Redmi phones won't hold charge for more than 3 hours now.

It's better not to waste your money on refurbished or brand new phones advertised with boxes.
