I'm coloring my hair for the first time, and Mr. Manoj, the stylist, took great care during the process. The results are awesome. The eyebrow threading was also done neatly. I’m looking forward to my next visit to add highlights to my hair color. The salon has a peaceful atmosphere, and the staff are very polite.

I had a haircut, but I wasn’t happy with how it turned out. The hairdresser didn’t follow my reference or suggest any hairstyles. For the price, the service was poor. I could have gotten a better haircut at a local shop for 150 rupees.

This was the worst haircut service I’ve ever had, and I’ll never go back. It was extremely overpriced with poor performance. The stylist, Santhosh (also known as Sandy), didn’t follow my ideas or offer his own suggestions. In the end, my money was wasted, and my hairstyle didn’t change at all. I can’t believe a senior stylist could be so clueless. It was a total waste of money and time.

Reception staff should greet and respond to customers properly. The lady at the reception didn’t even acknowledge me. Please ensure everyone is treated with the same level of respect.
