This is one of the best jewelry shops in Coimbatore, with beautiful collections and great infrastructure. The customer service is excellent, and the staff are well trained and helpful with any issues. The showroom is clean and well maintained, and they provide top notch service.

It was a great experience meeting Mini at Pavizham. I bought diamonds and gold bangles, and both the quality and price were good. I recommend shopping here.

They have a lot of new collections, and Raveena showed us many new designs. She took great care of us and helped us find items at affordable prices. All the staff were very good and experienced.

My visit to this gold jewelry shop was very disappointing. The advertised chit scheme offers little benefit if you’re looking for anything other than plain items like chains and bangles. If you’re interested in antique or diamond jewelry, expect extremely high making and wastage charges. The making charges here are among the highest in the city. To make things worse, the staff is rude. Overall, be cautious: the chit scheme seems deceptive, and you might end up feeling cheated and dissatisfied.

If you pay a token advance to hold jewelry and later decide you want a coin instead, they won’t let you do that. They’ll insist that you buy jewelry instead of giving you a coin. This policy is not customer friendly and should be changed.

We bought a gold chain from this jewelry shop and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They’re fraudulent. They don’t explain the making charges properly and avoid answering questions. We noticed a big difference between the estimated receipt and the final bill, and we were charged an extra ₹3300 without a valid reason. The whole shop seems to be scamming people. There’s a person named Suresh who leads the fraud efforts and tries to get people into a gold saving scheme don’t fall for it.

I recently visited to buy an engagement ring and necklace, but their collection was very limited. The staff acted like pushy salespeople, making me feel like I had to buy something before leaving. It was a waste of time and effort.

Worst experience ever I ordered a ring for a birthday gift, but it was almost late. When it finally arrived, it wasn’t the design I asked for. They tried to justify it by saying the new design is better, but the birthday came and went without the gift. I’m extremely unhappy.
