I had a great experience with Prabu Travels during my Ooty trip. The car was comfortable, and the driver was excellent. He was very polite and made sure all our needs were met. The owner was also very helpful and provided great guidance. I highly recommend planning your trip with Prabu Travels.

This was my first time booking with Prabhu Travels. The trip started smoothly, but the end was not good. Make sure to ask for a clear payment breakdown and trip conditions before you start, as they didn't provide that information. The driver didn't know the proper route to Wayanad and took a bad road, which made the trip longer. On the way back, we suggested a better route using Google Maps. The worst part was that the driver tried to get a commission from the restaurants and shops where we stopped, and he recommended a bad bakery when there was a better one nearby.

Check the rates and toll charges before starting the trip. They said there were 4 tolls, but there were only 3. When I questioned, they just said it's the rate I agreed to and I had to pay. They also asked for extra advance during the trip. It seems like they often charge hidden fees.
