The service here is excellent. I always come to print pictures. They also have many customized gifts, and the prices are very reasonable.

The after sales service is very poor. I bought an LED panel for my cafe, and it broke down 6 or 7 times in a year. Once the warranty expired, they refused to repair it. It feels like they sell defective products and only care until the warranty runs out.
