This is a great place for tension-free printing. Each staff member is personally driven to give you the best quality of prints. The staff is attentive and courteous, be it a manager or a helper boy. They do t shirt prints, poster prints, binding , lamination etc.

I'm really pleased with Printo's service. The staff were polite and very helpful. I initially ordered my pamphlets from the Bangalore branch instead of Gurgaon, but both branches coordinated smoothly and helped me get my materials to the right location without any trouble. Their printing services are terrible, taking forever even for simple tasks like printing visiting cards. They are infamous for messing up the simplest jobs and always try to charge extra. I would never recommend them for anything.

This business in Gurgaon is the worst I've encountered. I've been trying to get things printed from them for nearly a month. Every time I follow up, they give me new phone numbers, and in the end, nothing gets done. After weeks of going around in circles, when I needed business cards urgently, they told me the person assigned to my work was too busy to talk. They are totally unreliable and I don't recommend wasting time with them.

This is a total fraud I placed an order last week for a Sunboard, but after an hour, I canceled my order. The representative said, "Sir, we have processed your order, but the lamination work is still pending." I told him not to proceed with the lamination and requested a refund of the balance amount. He agreed and disconnected the call
