Excellent experience I planned my travel last minute and called them just a few hours before my flight. They arranged a car for me, which was even better than some of the major fleets. Very polite and good service.

I hired a self drive car from Royal Picks and informed them well in advance about my requirements. However, when I called them from the airport, they told me no car was available. After waiting for two hours, they finally arranged one. It seems like they had heavy demand in May. I chose them because they were close to the airport, but the experience was not very professional.

I rented a Swift car for two days, and the condition was poor. The front glass was broken, and all the tyres were in bad condition. We went on an Ooty trip and had to drive in the hills with those bad tyres. I paid in advance, so I couldn’t do anything at the last minute.
