It's a very calm and peaceful place to live! Anyone who stays here will enjoy the environment. The canteen, Foodlands, is the best place to eat, and the food is homely and hygienic. No other mansion offers 15 sets of clothes washing and ironing as part of the rent I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good mansion to stay in.

This is the best PG in the Sarvanampatti area. It's well-furnished with a bed, TV, AC, and more. The owner is friendly and helpful. It's in a peaceful, scenic location, with a well-maintained garden that can be used for campfires or parties under the sky. The garden also has a pole for pole dancing. The food is fresh, made with natural and homegrown spices. The caretaker, Anna, is very friendly, and your belongings are safe and secure. There's plenty of parking space with 24/7 CCTV surveillance. I stayed here for 1.5 years and had an excellent experience. My friends, who were staying in other PGs, were willing to pay an extra 1000-2000 per month to move here, but it was full at that time.

The room rent is very high compared to other places. The service is not good, and the owner only focuses on money. He doesn't care about customer issues. My dress went missing here, and they are not responding about it. Very poor experience.
