The quality was very, very bad. I bought a 1 kg Black Forest fresh cream cake for New Year, but it was awful. It didn't even smell like a cake and had a terrible odor.

I bought a cake for my husband’s birthday today. They claimed it was a fresh ice cake and charged ₹550 for half a kg, but it was terrible. The cake wasn’t fresh, just a dry bread cake with bad cream. Even my kid said it wasn’t good. Despite having a big shop, the quality is really poor. The cake ruined our celebration. They should stick to sweets and snacks and avoid bakery items.

Very bad shop. I accidentally paid twice and asked for a refund a week ago, but they haven’t done anything about it. This first purchase gave me a terrible impression. I’ve decided not to shop here again.

Please avoid buying from there. On Friday evening, my husband bought bread, and by Saturday evening, it had fungus on it. We ate it, and now my husband has food poisoning. He’s been suffering from tiredness, diarrhea, and fever for two days. Please report this to the food safety department and take appropriate action.

Yesterday, I bought sweets for nearly ?1000, including karupatti mysurpa, bread halwa, and pepper potato chips. They all had a strong plastic and chlorine smell and were not edible. It was a complete waste of money.
