Singbal's Book House is right in front of Immaculate Church, on the left corner when facing the twin roads. It's on the ground floor, while the upper floor has a government tourism office. The building is old and curved, painted in blue. Inside, you'll feel like you're in a historic place with old wooden carvings and furniture. You can find a variety of books here.

The staff is a bit rude. As soon as you walk in, they demand you to put your bags aside without a friendly greeting. Then, they make comments like this is not a library, so you don't have time to choose a book.
