Recently, my scooty wouldn't start, and my cousin gave me the Spark workshop number. They quickly arranged to pick it up after I called. First, thanks for being responsible and for explaining the issues with my vehicle in detail. They delivered it the same day after completing the service. Now my scooty is in good condition. I'm happy and completely satisfied

The service is good, but it's more expensive than trusted vehicle dealer showrooms. If you give your vehicle for a general service, expect the invoice to be around 5k. The worst part is that they don’t provide an estimated cost when you hand over the vehicle, unlike dealer showrooms.

They are very expensive and take a long time to provide service. Out of the three times I serviced my bike, I had to take it back for repeat service twice. Even during the repeat service, their response was poor, and I had to follow up multiple times. They don't take customer complaints seriously. My last service experience with them was really bad.
