We ordered sweets and savouries for a wedding in Australia. The packing was excellent, and the sweets stayed fresh for a long time. All the guests loved them. I will definitely recommend Subiksha to everyone.

The packaging was really bad, and the delivery cost more than the meal. The quality of the food was poor. The snake gourd and beans were undercooked. The puli korambu was bad, the sambar had no flavor, and the rasam was just okay. It wasn't worth the money, and I don't think I'll order again.

The customer service was terrible. You know how many people will come to pick up parcels and use other services at lunchtime, so there should be enough staff to handle it. Instead, they wasted time acting busy and gave us items we didn’t even order. They need to listen to the people waiting at the front desk for their parcels.
