The swimming pool is excellent and well-maintained. The trainers are kind and encouraging during sessions, creating a very friendly environment. The water quality is also excellent.

The swimming pool is poorly maintained; it's evident they do not clean it regularly. I had to request several times for them to remove flies, lizards, and even a frog that I encountered there. As for the classes, they initially focus on us for 1-2 days but show little concern afterward.

The water is simply recirculated without proper filtration facilities. Additionally, an excessive amount of harsh chemicals, labeled as chlorine, is dumped into the pool.

The counter person was extremely rude and unprofessional. Additionally, the swimming pool facilities were the worst I have ever encountered.
