Our shopping experience at Swamy Jewellery was great. The salesperson, Ms. Nandini, was very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely visit them again for our next purchase.

We are regular customers when we visit India. I bought a silver bracelet a week before leaving for Canada, but it didn’t even last a week. The hook broke completely, and the silver was very flimsy. It fell off twice, but luckily I didn’t lose it. The workmanship was extremely poor.

It was a terrible experience. The staff didn't listen to our needs and suggested the wrong product. Even after that, the management refused to make the right decision.
