The hotel room is excellent. I booked a super deluxe AC room with a balcony overlooking a garden full of peacocks and birds. The food is great, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly.

The services are very poor. The hotel staff doesn't care about your requests and are quite reluctant. The rooms are good, but the food is terrible. The location is great, but I would suggest staying somewhere else instead.

Very bad facilities. No WiFi in today's world. Rooms lack basic amenities the exhaust fan in the washroom was not working! There's no signal inside the rooms. The rooms smell like they were locked for a long time and then sprayed for reservations.
