Hari Hareshwar was very helpful in showing us the large collection at the showroom. He persuaded us to buy more than we originally planned, showing great salesmanship. Santhosh, a trainee, also assisted him, and they worked well together. Great job by the team.

I joined their Golden Harvest scheme and I’m pleased with how the amount keeps growing each year without any issues. I’m very happy with my recent purchase of a small diamond earring. A special thanks to Gokul, the Floor Manager, who was incredibly helpful. I’ll definitely keep shopping at Tanishq because of their great quality and service.

The experience with Retail Sales Officer Gokilavani was terrible. She sold us the product we chose and then blamed us, saying we weren’t sure about our choice. It’s not right to blame customers who have clearly chosen their design. This behavior is unethical. We have decided to stop visiting your store and will no longer make purchases. Please address this issue

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have to this time because I felt very disappointed. Ms. Chitrakala was very unhelpful in my case. She wouldn’t tell me about the special sale discount over the phone. When I mentioned this to the staff in the showroom, including Ms. Chitrakala, she refused to acknowledge it. Ms. Nithya, another staff member, was trying to explain the scheme to me when Ms. Chitrakala told her to stop. I noticed this and felt uncomfortable, but I didn’t want to create a negative atmosphere on that special day. Last time, Ms. Chitrakala pressured us to join a scheme, but she couldn’t clarify things when I had questions. Overall, I received very poor service and am extremely disappointed. Customer satisfaction should be a priority, so please ensure every customer has a positive experience when they leave the showroom.

The shopping experience was very uncomfortable because of a staff member named Ramya Lakshmi. She made us feel uneasy by asking personal questions about our family and making comments about my husband buying jewelry. It felt like dealing with an annoying relative at a family event. For a well-known brand like Tanishq, it’s disappointing to have such negative interactions. I’ve decided not to shop there again to avoid people like her.

It took me only 5 minutes to decide what to buy, but Tanishq took 55 minutes to complete the billing. Their designs aren’t great either. Shopping there was a nightmare. Billing should take 15 minutes or less. Why is the service so poor?

You’re charging too much for making charges, and no one in India seems to know about the Tanishq app. The staff keep saying they don’t know anything and it’s company policy. It feels like TATA is just another company trying to take advantage of customers.
