The store ambiance is very nice, and the staff are very kind. The collections are awesome, and it’s a great place to shop peacefully. Chandramohan, in particular, provided excellent service.

The ambiance is excellent! Thatchayani’s service has been great. I’ve been a customer since 2006, and the service from everyone has always been excellent. The designs are good, and the shop is spacious.

The designs are great, and the staff are very polite and helpful. However, I think the making cost is a bit high. Hariharan from the staff assisted us very well and spent a lot of time helping us with the selection process until we finished shopping.

Worst experience ever. They have very few products and nothing modern. The sales officer was on their phone, didn't smile, or make us feel welcome. They seemed unhelpful. Once they knew we weren’t interested, they didn’t bother to escort us out; they just pressed the elevator button. It’s not at all professional for a jewelry store with this reputation.
