The teaching was very poor. The management talks a lot about their teaching and facilities, but it's not true. They’re just pretending and not delivering.

It sounds like your child's previous school didn’t provide good teaching, and the teachers weren’t well-trained. As a result, your child struggled and couldn't even recognize basic sight words. Because of this, you’ve had to enroll your child in a new, more reputable school for LKG again
