Absolutely terrible. I paid 13,000 for a keratin treatment, but Mr Nikesh didn't know what he was doing. My hair is damaged and curly after the next wash. I’m very upset.

Muthu is great for haircuts, but the others are terrible. Since Muthu was on leave, the creative director did my wedding haircut and messed it up. He didn’t listen to what I wanted at all. I’m very disappointed.

Terrible customer service. I waited 30 minutes, and the lady stylist gave no clear information or service. She was rude and refused to help during business hours. It was a waste of time. I’m really disappointed. If you can’t offer proper service, maybe you should close the place.

Really bad experience. I got a haircut and beard trim from an inexperienced stylist. I had to give him advice every 5 minutes, and I still was not happy with the result. I was charged over 720.
