It's unfortunate that I have to update my review. We encountered some issues that were overlooked initially, like the gate not being properly aligned and the Energizer malfunctioning at times. Despite reaching out to them multiple times, I haven't received any help. I am highly disappointed, especially after their promise to send a team to fix the problems within 2 days. It's been a month now, and there's still no resolution.
