Great hospitality and service. The manager and staff were very helpful. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The hall has limited capacity. There's a lift from the parking, but the toilet facilities are poor. You have to come down to the ground floor and cross the complex to use them.

Worst experience ever. The chat was terrible, and all the other food items were bad as well. Even the sweets were disappointing.
