The rooms are small, and the access roads are narrow. The location is a big plus, with great shopping and dining options nearby. The service was also good.

The location and hospitality were great. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, solving any issues we had. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Overall, it was an amazing experience at Mangala International.

The room quality is poor, and the cleanliness is not up to standard. The washrooms are in worse condition than those in lodges. The hotel charges nearly 3000 per night but provides low-quality service. The parking facility is small, with space for only about 8 cars. The location is convenient, close to major bus stations on the outer city. The hotel management should consider refurbishing the rooms and improving cleanliness in common areas. Breakfast is just okay, not a 3-star continental breakfast.
