We decided to move house and called Raja, who booked the appointment and confirmed it. We planned the move for 29/05/2022, but on 28/05/2022 at 7 PM, he called and said he couldn’t send workers. This is unfair and unprofessional. If they couldn’t do it, they should have told us earlier. We suffered a lot because of this last-minute cancellation. If you can’t do something, don’t commit to it.
