I had a very bad experience today. I booked a driver for my 76-year-old father-in-law, but the driver didn’t arrive even 10 minutes after the booked time. I tried calling the agency, but no one picked up. I sent a complaint on WhatsApp, and the person saw it instantly. When I called him again to say the driver hadn’t arrived, he claimed he didn’t know. Then the driver called and said he hadn't even started yet. The driver arrived almost 40 minutes late, and he turned out to be inexperienced. My father-in-law had to send him back and call another vehicle. Please don’t use this service or recommend it to others.
