The best jewellery shop in Tirunelveli, offering a wide collection of designs. They provide excellent exchange offers for old ornaments, and their rates are very reasonable. The staff is professional and courteous. It's a great place with convenient parking slots available in the front.

I visited last month and was very disappointed with the staff, particularly in the earring section on the first floor. They only responded with a nod of the head and didn't bother to verbally communicate that they didn't have the ear cuff we were looking for. It's frustrating when employees don't fulfill their responsibilities. The lack of proper response downstairs also kept us waiting unnecessarily.

Today, I visited GRT in Tirunelveli. I was dissatisfied with the designs shown by the staff, and their behavior was very poor. It's important to hire polite and patient staff, as customers purchase based on their own satisfaction, not the staff's demeanor.

We purchased a silver chain on last month. After 10 days, the silver color had turned black. We spoke with the salesperson at G.R.T shop, who identified the issue. They promptly removed the black stain and assured us that it would not happen again in the future.
