It was a terrible experience during a last-minute purchase. I received a damaged ear stud despite requesting a double check at billing, which they overlooked due to closing rush. When I returned the product, they showed no concern for the damage or the mistake. Despite making several purchases with Malabar, there was no effort to ensure customer satisfaction. The effort and stress involved in returning the item were completely frustrating and left me dissatisfied.
