Mrs. Amaravathi provided excellent customer service. She explained everything about the diamond exhibition, cleaned my earrings for me, and showed me a wide variety of collections.

Tanishq in Tirunelveli is very bad. They cheat customers who participate in the Tanishq Gold Harvest scheme by adding a 25% wastage cost for gold chains and 7% for gold coins when you buy them. The staff are also terrible, especially Mr. Perumal the salesman.
