There was no proper response from the company, so I suggest going to a more professional one. I would give no stars for their customer service. It's not about whether it's Sunday or Monday; the issue is that they took three days to reply to my inquiry. I only got a response after I followed up multiple times. If their communication is so messy from the start, how can a new person trust them for installation? I won’t share screenshots of our phone call, but I recommend choosing a company that is more customer friendly.
