The service is excellent with a wide range of collections at affordable prices. The staff is exceptionally humble, polite, and knowledgeable. During our visit, salesperson "Geetha" was incredibly helpful, making it easy for us to find everything we needed. She stayed with us throughout our entire purchasing process.

The customer care was excellent—very welcoming. The collections at Dressline are impressive. I purchased two sets of Chudi, and the customer executives presented them in a friendly and helpful manner.

Limited collection with designs readily available in roadside shops. Not worth purchasing from here. Out of 20 racks, only one contains half-sleeve shirts, offering no variety. Caution against discounts, as they mainly clear stock with items scattered and poorly maintained. Insufficient staff leads to long waits for assistance with dresses.

The customer service for exchanges is poor, especially concerning sarees of the same quality and design being priced differently. This arbitrary pricing feels like cheating, as customers end up paying higher prices. The manager of the store responded rudely to my concerns.

Pothys' car parking scheme is highly disrespectful to customers. I had a bad experience there. Avoid parking any vehicles in Pothys' parking area and be cautious. I have informed Pothys management about this issue, but they have not responded. Therefore, I advise people to avoid using that parking facility.
