I was at the Lakme counter on the ground floor looking at concealers and asked the attendant for the name of a specific shade. She refused, saying if she told me, I would buy it online. I explained that I had just bought a Maybelline product from another floor, and they had sent me to the Lakme counter because they were out of stock. The woman still wouldn't tell me the shade name. I told her I wasn't interested in buying anymore. This is absolutely terrible customer service.
