I had a wonderful experience at the spa. I initially booked a 60-minute Oriental massage but extended it for an additional 30 minutes because of its benefits that I could feel. My stiffness got reduced, and my body felt energized after the massage. My experience at the spa was awesome and the best.

As an athlete, I'm used to getting massages for recovery. Recently, I tried Sathwa and had an Oriental Massage session. It was incredibly relaxing. The therapist worked tirelessly on the knots in my neck and back. I went for 2 more sessions, and now, after months, the stiffness in my neck and shoulders is almost gone.

I highly recommend the Sports Massage or Oriental Massage for athletes and anyone with an active lifestyle looking for recovery.

I went for a pedicure, but it was the worst. They didn't remove the dead skin. I'll never visit again.

The pedicure was nice. The massage was average, lacking technique. The steam room was very small and not working; I had to use another one. The price is too high for what you get; it's not worth it. Sadly, I don't think there are other options in Mangalore.
