Very good service! I came in for a haircut and beard trim, but ended up trying their 799 package, which included a detan and head massage. It was such a relaxing experience. The ambiance is nice and clean. I highly recommend this salon

I loved the botox treatment for my best friend. The stylist, Pradeep, did an excellent job. He was calm, patient, experienced, and gave us a lot of helpful information, making us feel comfortable. The other staff members were also great, and the manager was kind and friendly. Thank you, Aira and team

Very disappointing experience. I sent my VIP guest, who is a well-known therapist himself, to get a good massage. I requested them to take special care of him, but he came back very unhappy. We've known Studio 11 for many years and have tried services at different branches, but this was the worst experience for my friend. There was no professionalism at all, and the therapist didn’t even know how to give a proper massage. You didn’t live up to your usual standards.
