We visited Mangalore for a short trip and needed shoes for my kid. I called the shop in the morning to check if they had the right size. The manager quickly sent me pictures of the available shoes. I went to the shop and picked what I wanted in just 10 minutes. This Bata shop is genuinely customer friendly

Worst service and rude salesman. Don’t visit this shop; try other nearby showrooms instead. Also, avoid buying Bata products, as they often have hidden defects that show up after a few months.
