This workshop is near Canara College. It's a small place, but there are usually customers. The owner is very friendly and provides great service. The workers are knowledgeable too. Overall, the experience was good.

They charged me 400 for labor for just 30 minutes of work. They didn't clean or lube the chain, saying my bike wasn't clean enough. They should just do what the customer asks. If they keep being arrogant, they will lose many customers like me. I only stayed because I had a long ride the next day. I will never go back again.

They act like they are the only experts in bike repairs and don't know how to talk to customers. This is my personal experience, I'm not sure about others. They seem to think they are the busiest people in the world.
