The service was excellent, with great offers. The staff were friendly and gave good advice. I bought an Oppo F27 Pro Plus with earpods and a power bank, and I'm happy with it.

The service was very poor. The Mi brand staff didn’t explain anything, and I won’t come back to Poorvika. They don’t offer exchanges, so it's hard for customers to make purchases.
