Deeksha at Riya Travels was very helpful with my parents' UK visa application. She guided me through every step of the process, from start to finish, and made sure I understood everything clearly, even though we were in different countries. My parents' visa got approved, and I’m very grateful for her help. Highly recommend. Thank you

We had an issue with our Visa document, which was tampered with, causing problems at Singapore immigration. When we returned and brought it to Riya Travels' attention, they responded quickly, took immediate action to fix the issue, apologized, and assured us this wouldn't happen again to anyone.

I am very disappointed with their poor service. I advise others not to use them for visa applications. Once they get your money, they don't care about your application. Their employees are inefficient and don't take responsibility for their mistakes. A new employee working on our application entered all the wrong information and submitted it without my consent, even though I provided all my documents. They are unprofessional and unethical. Riya Travels, please train your employees before advertising your business. I will never recommend them to anyone!
