The hotel is in a convenient location on GHS Road, right in the heart of the city. The room and bathroom were clean. The room rent was Rs. 3200 with breakfast and Rs. 2800 without breakfast, which is quite expensive for what it offers. The Srinivas Hotel, located opposite, is also managed by the same team, but it has non-AC rooms that are quite old.

The staff behavior was very bad. The room wasn't good, with fungus on the doors and an AC problem that made the entire room wet. When we informed the staff, they took over two hours to respond. After multiple calls, someone came but started shouting at us instead of addressing our concerns. During check-out, the receptionist was more focused on charging us for coffee (37 Rs) than listening to our complaints. Even after speaking to the manager, nothing changed. The manager had the same attitude, just apologizing without taking responsibility. The staff doesn't care about customers, and it's a waste of money. It's better to book a different hotel.

The ambiance is pleasant, and the place is clean and hygienic. The staff is well-behaved, offering good service and great hospitality. I booked directly with the hotel for a one-night stay, and it was comfortable and relaxing. The location is nice too. I highly recommend it for families, business, or solo travelers.
